Miracle Prints

Thank you for shopping with Miracle Prints. Below you’ll find details about how and when your order will be dispatched.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Unframed prints: 1–3 business days
  • Framed prints (made to order): 3–7 business days

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

UK Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Flat rate shipping: £3.99
  • Free UK shipping on orders over £50

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using Tracked 48 services via:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–4 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your artwork.

  • Unframed prints are shipped in protective sleeves and packed in rigid mailers or sturdy postal tubes.
  • Framed prints are securely wrapped and protected to ensure safe transit.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Weather conditions
  • Events outside our control

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the delay.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Miracle Prints is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
