These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, store and all related services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to sell our products to you.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and contact information.

Miracle Prints sells art prints and framed artwork.

We make every effort to display colours and product images accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
  • Frame finishes and paper texture may appear slightly different in person.
  • All dimensions are approximate.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Your order is only accepted once you receive confirmation that it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once production has begun (particularly for framed or made-to-order items), orders cannot be cancelled.

All returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices do not include shipping unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.

You confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
  • All payment information supplied is accurate.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Weather or events beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to you once the item has been handed to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Miracle Prints, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.K. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. We are not responsible for third-party content, services or websites.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Miracle Prints is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Miracle Prints.

Shopify is not responsible for any issues relating to your purchase, including product defects, delivery, or refunds.

10. User Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments or feedback, you grant us permission to use them for marketing and promotional purposes.

You confirm that:

  • You own the content you submit
  • It does not infringe any third-party rights
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

11. Errors & Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing mistakes or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Miracle Prints, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced.
